And he had an idea... What if he could deliver 1-on-1 personal training results with a lower price? He could do 1-on-multiple and no longer be limited to helping one person at a time.
This made it much more affordable for clients and more profitable for him, a win-win. Plus, with less equipment and a smaller space, meant a lower overhead... maximizing the profit potential of a single gym. Completely changing the fitness industry.

So, unlike in Corporate America... where there's a huge disconnect between the CEO and what's happening on the ground level. How is the FBBC franchise different from other gym franchises?
When it comes to health, 80% of it comes down to nutrition, and only 20% is fitness. Sadly, most gyms only focus on the 20%. It is basic math, if a client only focuses on 20% of the equation, they will never reach their goal. Fit Body focuses on Fitness AND Nutrition. When you focus on both, that is when clients will see results. When they see results, that is when they become loyal. Once they become loyal, that is when they start referring their friends and family and that is how you can grow organically.

How many units do I have to commit to?
You are welcome to start with as many units as you want, but most people start with one of two options:
– One location
– A 3-pack (large discounts given)
This is ultimately up to you, the goal is that you will choose to expand into multiple locations after you see the success of the first.
What is the cost of opening a FBBC franchise?
$211,850 – $388,800. There is an initial franchise buy-in. From there, the cost to set-up a location will be dependent upon the type and size of location you choose and your build-out requirements. We have a list of recommended equipment and guidelines for what each location should have.
Will I have a protected territory?
Yes, you will have a protected territory. We provide a territory summary for each location that is awarded, which will give you a detailed analysis of the demographics, household income, and competition. We use the latest and most advanced territory mapping software to make sure that your location has enough qualified prospects to fill your boot camp to capacity with paying clients.
What is the duration of the franchise agreement?
The Franchise Agreement lasts for seven years and is renewable.
What if I don't have my own location?
You do not need to own a location to secure a Fit Body Boot Camp franchise. As part of your initial training, we’ll guide you through the process of finding a good facility and negotiating a lease. Most of our owners lease their facilities, so you will not need full ownership of yours.
Can I have partners?
You may have a partner, but all partnership agreements are outside of our control and must be managed separately by you and your partner. If you and your partner are listed as co-owners of a Fit Body Boot Camp Franchise, we will require a copy of the partnership agreement.
What is the expected timeframe to open a location?
The timeframe can vary based on finding a location, tenant improvements and other commitments. We recommend that you open your location within 180 days of signing your Franchise Agreement. Our on-boarding team will take you step-by-step through the entire process to make sure you are staying on track.
